How far in advance should I book?

We recommend contacting Gigi Bloons at least 3–4 weeks before your event. Last-minute requests may be accepted when scheduling and materials allow, but availability is not guaranteed.

How do I request a quote, and can I send inspiration photos?

Complete our Request a Quote form with your event date, venue, desired colors, theme, and the type of décor you are interested in. You are welcome to upload inspiration photos and venue pictures to help Jeanette understand your vision.

How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

Every event receives a custom quote. Pricing depends on the size and style of the installation, balloon quantity, colors, personalized details, venue access, delivery distance, setup or teardown requirements, and any rental items included. We do not use a fixed public price list because every design and event space is different.

Question 4

Is a deposit required, and when is my date reserved?

Accepted Answer

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Submitting a quote request does not reserve your event date. Your date is secured only after availability and pricing have been approved and the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid before the event.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Gigi Bloons accepts Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, cash, and checks payable to Gigi Bloons LLC. The appropriate payment information will be provided when your booking is confirmed.

Question 6

Are delivery, setup, and teardown available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delivery and professional setup or installation are available based on your event location and design. Teardown and rental-item pickup may also be added when needed. Availability and fees depend on travel distance, venue access, setup time, and the complexity of the installation.

Do you provide backdrops and rental items?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Available rentals may include backdrops, frames, stands, signs, and other display elements. Clients are responsible for all rental items from delivery or setup until pickup. Lost, damaged, or excessively soiled items may result in repair or replacement fees.

Can I change, cancel, or reschedule my booking?

Please contact Gigi Bloons as soon as possible if your plans change. Changes to the design, quantity, colors, delivery time, or rental items are subject to availability and may involve additional fees.Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling requests are reviewed individually and depend on availability. If the new date is unavailable, the cancellation policy will apply.

Do you decorate outdoor events, and what happens during bad weather?

Yes, Gigi Bloons creates décor for both indoor and outdoor events. Because balloons can be affected by rain, strong winds, direct sunlight, and extreme heat, clients must provide a safe setup location and an appropriate backup plan.Weather-related changes or cancellations are handled individually. Outdoor balloon décor cannot be guaranteed against unexpected weather conditions.

Gigi Bloons proudly serves celebrations throughout New Jersey and select areas of Pennsylvania. Include your event address in the quote form so we can confirm availability and determine any applicable delivery or travel fees.
